Based in Madrid, I'm a freelance consultant specialising in senior project management and change management for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Over the past decade I've led end-to-end transformational programmes — from a 63-country rebranding rollout at J&J to Pfizer's digital content transformation — always keeping the human side of change at the core.
